Return Policy

If you don't love your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the eligibility requirements below and you can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number). Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please review the return eligibility section below and then submit a request at https://account.prismadik.com or contact our customer service team via email at support@prismadik.com.

Return Eligibility:

- Items must be unworn and in sellable condition, you can try them on of course.

- Items that have been damaged, soiled, stained, or altered will not be accepted for return.

- Final sale and limited-edition items are not returnable.

- As Prismadik doesn't operate outside of the U.S., returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated in other countries.

Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to the appropriate shipping service within 14 days of being issued the return label.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that is not eligible for return, we will notify you and offer to return the item. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it properly.
